WRITING SESSIONS
Book the farmhouse for single use writing sessions. Wander the ten acre property for inspiration, then set up on the front porch or inside one of six potential working rooms to brig your lyrics to life.
Day rentals run as low as $250/day depending on the time of year and crew size. Email us for more info.
ARTIST RESIDENCE
Have an artist coming to Nashville for rehearsals, writing trips or just to camp out for a bit? Inquire about booking the farmhouse for more than just a day use. We’ve got a full kitchen and bathroom, and a newly outfitted bedroom with queen bed. The perfect place to watch the stars at night and catch the sunrise with a fresh coffee on the front porch.
Overnight rentals start at $500, but shoot us a note and tell us about your artist, timing and budget. Let’s see what we can work out.
CONTENT SESSIONS
Prime for photoshoots of all shapes and sizes, we’ve played host to some of the biggest names in Nashville and beyond. From the writing attic space upstairs to the old logging road, we’ve got locations and spaces for a wide range of aesthetic explorations.
Photo/Video shoots start at $200/hour and vary depending on crew size, production needs and timing. Let us know what you’re cooking up and we’ll get you set up.

We genuinely love this land and this house, and are always open to building a custom use with you.
